Part A is a pre-training module that you need to complete before attending Part 1 if you are a professional working with Adults. This can be accessed on this portal via the dashboard under pre-training once you have signed up.

Parts 1 and 2 are online training sessions via Microsoft Teams.

Part 1 is the main delivery of the training and lasts 2.5 hours. Part 2 is a reflective session lasting 2.5 hours which will be approximately 4-8 weeks after part 2. This is the final session and will be a chance to reflect upon your learning outcomes.

Please ensure you book on to the corresponding Part 2 session for each specific cohort.

Dates for Part 1 and Part 2 will be available to book upon registration of your account. These can be accessed via the dashboard, under course bookings.

It is a requirement that delegates complete the pre-training module and attend both sessions of the live online training for the full duration of the sessions (5-hours in total) in order to complete the training in its entirety. A certificate will be issued upon completion.
