7) Payments and Refunds

a) If the Portal offers paid services or products, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Portal. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
b) The Portal operator reserves the right to change the fees at any time. Such changes will not affect the fees for services or products that have already been paid for.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

b) If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
